Earth Day Yoga Cards for Kids

My students and I really enjoyed the Earth Day cards! We loved the pictures and the poses and it was a great way to introduce a chat about ways we can take care of our planet. I appreciate the visuals more than ever now as teaching kids yoga through the virtual world is not so easy. The photo cards really help to inspire the kids and provide a great visual tool.

SO Helpful!

These cards not only have great illustrations and are great quality, I love the descriptions and different options for mindfulness (there are so many ways to practice slowing our brainwaves down/mindfulness!). These are so great for inspiration and to use in moments of high stress when you need something quick to help regulate a child.

Great Quality & So Helpful

These cards are great quality (durable for lots of use!). I love that there are 3 different cards per pose- super helpful for different learning styles. I am a yoga teacher and love using these with my daughter to inspire some quick brain breaks and body movements- where she can choose what to do!
