Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we absolutely accept Purchase Orders from school districts!
Simply fill out the following invoice form HERE and email us directly at giselle @kidsyogastories .com with your order request. Please ensure all the following details are included:
- Purchase order #
- Name and address
- Best email address
- Phone number
- Order details
We will then send you our W9 or the information you need to fill in your online form for your district.
Your order will then be shipped (physical products) or emailed (digital products). We look forward to serving you and your school community!
How will my order ship?
We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service).
For your convenience, we do a flat-rate shipping and handling regardless of the size of your order:
- USA: Free shipping, delivery within 5 to 10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to dramatically increasing shipping costs and international shipping issues, as of September 2021 we no longer ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.
When will I receive my shipment?
Please expect a delivery window of 5 to 10 days.
Do I need to be present to receive my package?
Signatures are not required for small-parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name and request. Deliveries will be initiated by USPS.
What payment options are available through your shop?
We securely accept various forms of payment on our shop including PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Our shop was built on Shopify with security in mind!
