Most major carriers are already experiencing shipping delays and don't expect to see an improvement until after the holiday season. We always do our very best to get orders out in a timely manner, but once they ship, the timing is out of our hands. We suggest ordering well in advance and we ask for your patience with any delays the carriers may be experiencing.
1) DIGITAL ORDERS: You will receive an order confirmation via email with a link to your digital downloads. Please ensure that your email address is correct on the order form, so that the link will be delivered to your inbox. We highly recommend downloading the files to your laptop or computer, instead of a smart phone or iPad. Customers have found that finding stored files on iPhones, iPads, and other mobile devices can be difficult.
2) PHYSICAL PRODUCT ORDERS: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes the USPS tracking number. Delivery should take 2 to 5 business days.
3) CORRECT ORDER: Please double-check the items in your order, especially if you accidentally ordered something multiple times! If you need to make changes to an order, requests need to be submitted immediately to our customer service email address (see "Contact" page).
4) CORRECT ADDRESS: Make sure you get your order! If the mailing address (or email address) is not entered correctly, your package (or digital downloads) may be returned as undeliverable. Please double-check your mailing address (or email address) and let us know IMMEDIATELY if you find a mistake in your mailing address.
How will my order ship?
We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service).
For your convenience, we do a flat-rate shipping and handling regardless of the size of your order:
- USA: Free shipping, delivery within 5 to 10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to dramatically increasing shipping costs, as of September 2021 we no longer ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.
When will I receive my shipment?
Please expect a delivery window of 5 to 10 days. Due to Covid, shipments have taken longer than normal for arrival.
Do I need to be present to receive my package?
Signatures are not required for small-parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name and request. Deliveries will be initiated by USPS.
