Kids Yoga Stories is great. I love all the resources and support.

These cards not only have great illustrations and are great quality, I love the descriptions and different options for mindfulness (there are so many ways to practice slowing our brainwaves down/mindfulness!). These are so great for inspiration and to use in moments of high stress when you need something quick to help regulate a child.

These cards are great quality (durable for lots of use!). I love that there are 3 different cards per pose- super helpful for different learning styles. I am a yoga teacher and love using these with my daughter to inspire some quick brain breaks and body movements- where she can choose what to do!

I purchased the entire series of each themed yoga sequence posters. There are 100+ and as a kids yoga teacher who thrives on themes, this gives me endless amounts of options, opportunities, and excitement!!

I plan to use these every year!!

I love this bundle, I only wished I had gotten it sooner because I didn’t have enough time to do it all before Valentines Day. But there is so much other things that I can use for other topics like Kindness and Gratitude. I’ve been using Kids Yoga Stories for five years now and I love them.

These cards were perfect for one of my Yogis who was struggling with some digestion issues. She is now using these cards daily at home and is feeling like a new girl from when I’m told!!! I just can’t say how much I love these yoga cards enough!!

I love all the monthly resources. They definitely help to plan yoga sessions or help spark a new idea.

I used this story in my kindergarten and 1st grade Wellness Classes. Everyone loved the colorful illustrations and story, as I projected it on the smartboard. Students of all abilities looked at the image of yoga pose or watched me and worked through each movement carefully. After reading we discussed the stories rich words, adjectives and sensory experience. We closed our class with making a mug of hot cocoa craft to use for mindful hot cocoa breathing.
I loved this experience.
It was the first time I used a yoga story for whole group teaching and it was easier than I imagined it would be. It truly kept student interest and focus.

The kids yoga stories program came at the most perfect time when I was just starting my yoga program in an elementary school.
