This FREE 3-day challenge provides simple yet powerful breathing exercises to bring awareness to your breath, promote relaxation, and balance the body and mind.
Intended for adults wanting to explore or jump-start a personal breathwork practice.
During challenging times it is easy to fall into bad habits including holding your breathe or breathing erratically. And frankly, we were never taught how to properly breathe to begin with! This can have a negative ripple effect impacting your physical, emotional, psychological, and mental health!
However, learning to breathe better can make a significant difference in your life!
That’s the beauty of a breathing practice—we can do it anytime, anywhere (even without others knowing). It doesn’t cost anything, you don’t need any equipment, and it offers huge benefits to our health and wellbeing.
That’s the focus of this challenge to kick off 2021—to remind ourselves to breathe better.
