As a psychologist using holistic methods, these easy to use yoga cards are beautiful for my work with kids! Highly recommend
I absolutely love these cards! I bought them last year and I use them all the time not just during valentine's day. I love the creative poses and the affirmations. I teach children affirmations regularly and I always have this awesome set of cards along side me. The kids love them! I highly recommend this set of cards.
I just ordered the Valentine’s Yoga Cards on Sunday and used them today in preschool and the kids loved them!
I LOVE these cards- I teach kids yoga and do a LOVE theme for the month of February. I cannot wait to use these to go with my classes. The affirmations are so sweet and so necessary. I love how she connects the affirmations with the poses. I always love Giselle's products and cannot wait to see what she comes out with next. Her stories and cards are some of my favorite props to use. I highly recommend these LOVE yoga cards!
They are delightful! I believe they will work very well with children of all ages. The simple statements can be a great opening tool to discuss issues facing our teenagers especially. It is so important to encourage our children to love, care, and respect themselves. Then they can begin to treat others in the same way. I can certainly recommend them. I have been working on a friend who has recently had a mastectomy. I like to finish her treatment with a meditation. I used some of your love meditation ideas this time. Focussing on self love, seeing herself hugging herself and then sending more love out to family, friends ......the world etc. It went beautifully, using the colour red, because most people would see that as the colour of love.
