Sophia's Jungle Adventure Yoga Cards

The staff, children and families are loving having yoga in the centre. I have been on holidays for two weeks and to come back to see the children already being able to name some of the poses is amazing. I have even got parents that have been asking about the Yoga cards and started to do Yoga at home with the children. The Kindergarten teacher sits the children down every morning in a circle and each child picks a card. She then goes around the group and the child holds up the card shows the rest of the group the pose. The teacher then talks to the children about the pose and then they do the pose together.
