My Students Love Kids Yoga Stories!

Best kids yoga resources out there!!!

I love that no matter which theme I am curious to teach or looking for new ideas this is the only place to find it in my opinion! The options are so vast!! Their bundle packs are such a bargain!! I use their resources daily due to the excellent illustrations that I use to display during practice for my yogis to view. I also use the yoga decks as a pre-lesson before we begin our practice. Love this site!!!

inspiration

A great "box" of inspiration that is easy for me to translate and go through with my children. Think though that it is a "bit sad" that many of the images are different but the poses are the same in different card packs. ie the lounge is Green Iguana in the Jungle card deck but a cricket in the Garden deck.

Yes, as with the playfulness and creativity that goes along with children's yoga, we draw from the basic yoga postures and relate them to a number of different keywords so that children can use their imagination to put themselves in different shapes. This is the beauty of children's yoga, that children use their imagination and creativity to move and learn!
